01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the HBJE platform and its users. HBJE is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02 Account Register

The following requirements must be met to open an account with HBJE:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.
• Account credentials (password and login details) must not be shared with anyone.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or inaccurate, HBJE reserves the right to close the account at any time, and the account balance or winnings may be forfeited.

03 Age Verification & KYC

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

05 Bonuses & Promotions

HBJE regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit. Each new account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, HBJE will refund the amount wagered on the affected bet.
• Violating game rules or using any fraudulent tactics will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

• Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.

HBJE sources odds and match-related data for Sports Betting from third-party providers. In the event of any discrepancy in results, the official source will be considered final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HBJE:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using programs, bots, or automated software to play games.
• Bonus abuse or placing minimum-risk bets solely to withdraw bonus funds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Threatening or harassing other players or HBJE staff.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

HBJE may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion).

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact customer service. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before closure (provided no rule violations are present).

09 Responsible Gaming

HBJE believes gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income. We actively promote responsible gaming and offer the following tools:
